I’m a Registered Mental Health Nurse and CBT Therapist dedicated to supporting individuals and couples in navigating life’s complexities and achieving mental well-being. My experience spans a range of mental health settings, from brief interventions to community support, and includes work with young people.
I utilize a combination of CBT and psychotherapeutic approaches to empower clients to develop their strengths and build resilience. I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples discover greater self-awareness and create more fulfilling lives and relationships.
Outside of counselling, I enjoy a vibrant life filled with dance, movies, arts, and spending time with loved ones. I love gardening, reading, yoga, and walks with my furry companion.
